supporting entepreuners in Senegal

Cher tous merveilleux de la communauté, J'ai rencontré il ya quelques mois une femme merveilleuse du Sénégal qui est maintenant un bon ami à moi.
Elle vit en Turquie, mais veut revenir dans Senegsl où elle travaillait comme artisan de textile.
Elle cherche maintenant des moyens d'aller en arrière et recommencer son entreprise, mais comme elle n'a pas de fonds, elle est à la recherche de subventions ou les possibilités d'appuyer son entreprise.
Peut-on recommander une subvention ou d'autres financements? Merci bien

Dear all wonderful from the community,
I have met few months ago a wonderful woman from Senegal who is now a dear friend of mine.
She lives in Turkey but wants to go back in Senegsl where she was working as a textile artisan. She now seeks for ways to go back and start her business again but as she has no funds she's looking for grants or opportunities for supporting her business.
Can anyone recommend a grant or some other fundings?
