Introducing myself and my journal: Just Another Feminist Thoughts

About Me:
I am a Sudanese girl from Darfour region. I am currently a fellow at the African Leadership Center-King's college London after getting selected for the African Women Peace and Security Fellowship Program. I did Medicine for my undergraduates.. I have always had the "Why" question growing up, why I can not do this? , Why my brother can do this but I cant? .. I have always questioned and wondered about many things that I have seen in my society which I was not really happy about, while I was studying medicine, we had a subject called " Women Studies" .. its then when I first got the chance to find some answers to my questions, and to discover that I wasnt the only one questioning!! ... It is then when I have decided I need to study more about this, that is why I have chosen to do my post graduate studies on Gender and Development. I have found my passion .. my long life message and fight. I know I am not the best, but i know I will never stop fighting for my right, women's Rights and I will never ever stop QUESTIONING what they call my "realities" ..
