Reflection Questions

  1. Were you nervous before your interview? If so, tell us how you overcame your fears. If not, tell us the source of your confidence. .............I was not nervous at all because I have gotten used to interviewing people. The subject of human abuses and the Palestinian cause is so close to my heart so I was excited to be going out with my interviewee.

  2. What did you do really well during your interview? ..............I was prepared because I read so much about and see what happens in Palestine. I go through check points so often that the whole process is nothing new to me. I knew what to expect.

  3. What do you want to work on improving for next time?.............I laugh to myself as I answer this question! Maybe I should not be so excited next time!! The batteries for my camera that I had just bought as I was going to the interview did not work so I felt a bit incompetent in front of my interviewee. Also, I forgot my cell phone in my car so I was not able to record her. It's the first time I forget my phone! Those two things had me a bit flustered in the beginning of the interview.

We live and learn, don't we!!
