I don’t keep a physical journal i.e. a diary. I tried that in my teen years. This action was highly influenced by all the American flicks I watched. These girls used to have diaries, they would always be discovered and all would be told. The result diary keeper looses it! Am traumatized from this, haven’t really gotten over it. Security a big issue with blogs.

I am not a blogger but have setup several blogs. 1 of the most popular free blogs is www.wordpress.com my user name and password again?

Am not challenged by the technology, I just don’t chemistrate with blogging. Why when blogs initially started they were textual based. Whereas I am more of a multimedia story teller text, graphics, photos, animation, video, and audio. With technological advancements however, there are now blogs that support multimedia .My interest level a tad bit up.

Pulsewire is text oriented am really trying my hand at this. Put me infront of an audience any day, but tell me to write and I a em a em a em a em. There’s an idea video my blogs, with the flips camera the easiest video camera in the world to use at just $150

Problem to keep a blog you need to regularly updated it. On the web that means every 24hrs or less. I am time challenged, even though I live in an era with the most time saving devices. After my yahoo, gmail, facebook, pulsewire, Google etc. Besides I don’t have something to say all the time, creatives the block where nothing is coming what to do then?

My advice yes a non blogger is giving advice its better not to start a blog if you can’t maintain it. Maintenance means regular new information. Try building up information prior to starting your blog, then sort order and build from this.

HOW DO PEOPLE BLOG

First sign up for a free blog on a popular site like www.wordpress.com. If you can setup an email account, you can setup a blog. Once you’re done with housekeeping, go old fashioned pen and paper plan out your blog information architecture. For this I suggest drawing up a sitemap to determine what information you want on the blog. Unorganized information frustrates a user, with millions of blogs to choose from you will be history!

Good to know basic html understanding is a bonus most blogs are front end i.e. you can make changes visually without writing html.
