My story angle, widowhood or indecent dressing. Please comment.

I missed everyone while I was away. I have been very busy and also down with malaria. I am just recovering and I would love to know what you think of these story angles.

1) I would like write about widowhood rites in Nigeria, particularly in relation to points where so called cultural practices not only infringe on the right of women but are downright harmful to them. It is the norm to accuse a widow of killing her husband and then to subject her to inhuman tretment such as forcing her to drink the water from washing his corpse. I also plan to interview some widows who have come together to empower themselves and overcome the peculiar challenges they face as widows. i hope to talk to them about their experiences and what they are doing to help themselves and other widows.

2)I could also take a look at the proposed indecent dressing bill in Nigeria and the dangers it portends for women.
