A Cry for more Women in Politics....

In few months time from now, we shall be having elections into various political postions in my Country, Nigeria. But the most alarming thing is that while we've got 51% of Men folks, and 49% of Women ONLY 7% of our women are in electoral positions, while male dominate with 93%. Is it not time for a CHANGE?.Sure, there is political imbalance and we hope to see our dream of more women in power come true in 2011.

Now, it's time for us to create awareness and make every woman well informed of the need for political balance. For we clamour for a nation with good consideration for women.....in politics.
