Finally

One year has flown!!I am running a safe child campaign that seeks to address child abuse as a daily threat that needs to STOP.I intend to remind people every day and minute that we got to make more time to think about our children.Children are being abused on all fronts-neglect,sexually,psychologically,child labour,the list is long.
We tend to think about it only when the media highlights an incident,then we go back to our cocoons and hope that our own will not be abused.Well,too bad,they are getting abused each time by almost everybody;school,church,home,community..our children are under siege!I am currently holding poetry readings that seek to tell the child's story,i am a poet and will love it if more poets came to the readings and read their pieces on children.The more we talk about it,the more we get heard so please support me in this.I am looking for partners too to help this campaign go a notch higher and be visible,have sessions in the media and address child abuse.I also need to put these poems on CD and DVD so they can reach a bigger audience,this will also generate cash for the campaign.I am currently without finances so any form of monetary support is welcome.I am working on a website too.Safe child campaign will go to the children too and tell them what is abuse,how to keep safe and who to report to in case of abuse,all these need partners.My family and friends are of immense moral support in this venture.I hope to get support from the WorldPulse community,we are the bedrock here,our children need us to stand up for them and ensure they are safe all the time.
