Introducing myself and my journal

About Me:
I'm a full time 3rd year under-graduate student at Coventry University studying Applied Community and Social Studies.
I live in the UK for many years now and I’m grateful for the opportunities that I have had.
My passion however, is to start up a VSO, a charity that will promote academic education for young people as well as introducing them to the computer technology that is becoming more and more valued in globalised economy. Computers are not yet vastly utilised in the education system let alone the availability of computer centres.
My project is motivated by the need to improve the education system in Zimbabwe that has since been dilapidating due to the socio-economic conditions in the country.
Nonetheless, given the situation right now about registering a charity I would like some help from volunteers who have expert knowledge in how to go about it. I would like also to know if a charity that is targeted to help children in Zimbabwe can be registered in the UK. If so what are the requirements.
I very much respect the efforts of volunteers as I’m also volunteering with a community organisation as party of work placement and beyond.

My Passions:
To start an online Voluntary Sector Organisation that will benefit young people

My Challenges:
How Can I register this Charity organisation in Zimbabwe or UK

My Vision for the Future:
Education for all and a better provision of stationery and other learning aids for primary schools in Zimbabwe

My Areas of Expertise:
website building, project administration, advocacy work for marginalised communities, communication and networking
