Introducing myself and my journal: Back to the Basics

About Me:

I am a highly motivated woman who is ready to assist other women when it is within my reach to do so the best way I can.
Having worked with rural communities mainly women for the last twenty years, I believe banking in women is very fundamental to make a difference in the world and therefore women should speak out and let their voices be heard. My memorable days were when while serving in Malawi as a volunteer I managed to encourage rural women from a small village in Dedza to embrace small scale irrigation as a way to attain economic empowerment and to this date they are still strong in their irrigation club and have doubled their membership numbers.
