My voice is powerful, interesting, humble, humorous, soul-searching, and life changing.

I want to be a correspondent because I refuse to accept conditions that trample on other people’s rights as they exist. We all have a part to play in the world and being a correspondent enhances my chances of changing unfair and unjust conditions.
It will also shape my voice so that it whistles, sings, croons, and trumpet and belt out, without fear or favour the concerns of girls in my community. It will also join my harmony with that of others and together our melody will be heard worldwide. The voices of truth, peace justice restoration equality love and unity churning out a beautiful sound as together we create the world we want.

Honest, strong, solutions-based journalism will help my community to realise their potential, get accurate, timely information. Be educated and make informed decisions. In addition it will help everyone reflect and aim for a better Zimbabwe and world where gender bias and marginalization of vulnerable groups is stopped at all levels of society. It will empower women to participate economically, politically and take up decision making positions. Last but not least it will engage men for better families, communities and countries.
