VOF WEEK 3 (Blog : a Glass Cupboard )

There are many online services which are serving people with there different aspects. Now most of us using blog system. Blogging: a way to express you to find out a large community with so many expressions and expectations. It is like glass cupboard where everyone access the meterial provided by us. but there are still some challenges for its users although it is very necessary and fruitful discovery. Here we discus some of them which are going on by users. The main challenge is that users can no identify its use although he is using it already. And most of use it only for main work and could not find its challenges but where we use the positive ways we also have to take a keen look on its challenges. I have no doubt that, apart from strengthening my analytical skills and knowledge of management, The BLOGGING Program will greatly enhance my communication skills.

Yes, it is true that there is some difficulties to use it but most of difficulties are in developing countries because access to the computer is too rare. There is no better facility to use a computer, which persons who have their personal computers and have this facility at work place can take advantage of this helpful invention. For the solution of this problem is very important to open some internet cafés and special institutions for women. So there they can use it without any hesitation. There have been some instructors for them to guide about new programs because a database application is developed to satisfy the requirements or the users. It is very important to understand these requirements in detail. The application should develop according to the expectation of user. Different techniques are used to find the requirements and needs of users such as interviews. The requirement should be defined as early as possible in development process. Further more some specifies places in job for them can help in this process. But I think it will b a long term planning to overcome this issue.
