Dear Correspondents,

We have received a few questions around the conference calls coming up, and I wanted to put together a step by step guide for you to follow.

  1. You should receive an email invitation that looks like the one attached. This will be sent by Callliflower, the service that we use. If you don't see it, check your junk folder in your email.

  2. You will receive two invitations for each set of conference calls. You only need to attend one. We have scheduled them at different times/days so that as many correspondents as possible can participate.

  3. You will see (circled in red in the attached photo) a personal pin number and a phone number. You must keep this pin number--it is specific to your invitation--each correspondent will receive a different pin which allows us to identify you when you are on the call.

  4. The telephone number listed is automatically set for the US as that is where our offices are based. If you have a strong internet connection, we highly suggest that you call in via Skype. To do this (there are also instructions in your welcome manual), go to "add contacts" and enter "calliflowerskype" in the skype name box. Once you have calliflowerskype on your contacts list, your calls are free. Alternately, you can see if there is a local landline number in your country by going to http://www.calliflower.com/getting-to-know-calliflower/international-dia.... If you don't see your country listed, please contact calliflower.com directly at http://www.calliflower.com/contact/ and make a request. The Skype calls are free but you will be charged the normal rate if you call a local or national number in your country.

  5. Once you dial via Skype or your phone, you will get a voice asking you to enter your pin number plus the pound sign. Then, you should be taken into the call.

  6. Unless we are in the question and answer section of the call, please keep your line muted. You can do this by pressing *6. You also unmute yourself this way.

Please make sure you feel comfortable with this process! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Sincerely,

Rachael

This is indeed helpful/ I had wondered why I received the invitation for the calls for Module1 twice though scheduled for two different days. Again in the reading manual, I recalled, we needed to skype-searched on calliflower, and add as a contact which I am still to do. My internet lines has been very frustrating. However, I will like to know if the calliflower to be added is located in the US? The reason being that during the search, one should avoid to be confronted with many calliflowerskypes.

Thanks

Hi Zoneziwoh,

There should be only one calliflowerskype listed....if you find more than one, let me know!

Kind regards,

Rachael

Hey Rachel,

Unfortunately I missed the two calls because I was traveling during those days, is there a recording for the conference?

Thanks Mirette

Hi Mirette,

Yes, the calls will all be recorded. Of course we would like for you all to join, but if you can't, please do listen to the recordings (which Scott will send out within a couple of days of each call).

Kind regards, Rachael

Hi Mirette,

You're still able to attend!

The Orientation calls will take place next Tuesday and Wednesday (the 15th and 16th). And, the Module 1 Q&A calls will be the following week, the 22nd and 23rd.

It would be wonderful if you could join us. If for some unfortunate reason you are unable, we will have a recording available.

Take care, and we'll talk next week I hope! Best, Scott

Hi Everyone,

I am sensing that there was some confusion for at least a few of you on accessing the calls this week. I hope I can clear this up!

Once you've added "calliflowerskype" to your Skype contacts there are a few steps to accessing the call:

1- Open up a Skype chat window with "calliflowerskype" (even if it hasn't "Confirmed" you as a contact) 2- Click the green "Call" button (no need to dial a phone number!) 3- Have your Pin number ready... a voice will ask you to enter that number, followed by the # sign 4- To bring up a dial pad go to the "Call" menu at the top of the chat window, and select "Show Dial Pad" 5- Enter the pin, followed by #, and you will enter the conference!

You are able to access the conference only fifteen minutes before the call starts. If you try before, it will not work.

If you have troubles getting on the call, contact me on Skype and I will add you in through my line... it works well, just ask the 11 people I connected that way on Tuesday's call! :)

Wishing you all well, Scott
