Step by Step Guide to Conference Calls

Dear Correspondents,

We have received a few questions around the conference calls coming up, and I wanted to put together a step by step guide for you to follow.

  1. You should receive an email invitation that looks like the one attached. This will be sent by Callliflower, the service that we use. If you don't see it, check your junk folder in your email.

  2. You will receive two invitations for each set of conference calls. You only need to attend one. We have scheduled them at different times/days so that as many correspondents as possible can participate.

  3. You will see (circled in red in the attached photo) a personal pin number and a phone number. You must keep this pin number--it is specific to your invitation--each correspondent will receive a different pin which allows us to identify you when you are on the call.

  4. The telephone number listed is automatically set for the US as that is where our offices are based. If you have a strong internet connection, we highly suggest that you call in via Skype. To do this (there are also instructions in your welcome manual), go to "add contacts" and enter "calliflowerskype" in the skype name box. Once you have calliflowerskype on your contacts list, your calls are free. Alternately, you can see if there is a local landline number in your country by going to http://www.calliflower.com/getting-to-know-calliflower/international-dia.... If you don't see your country listed, please contact calliflower.com directly at http://www.calliflower.com/contact/ and make a request. The Skype calls are free but you will be charged the normal rate if you call a local or national number in your country.

  5. Once you dial via Skype or your phone, you will get a voice asking you to enter your pin number plus the pound sign. Then, you should be taken into the call.

  6. Unless we are in the question and answer section of the call, please keep your line muted. You can do this by pressing *6. You also unmute yourself this way.

Please make sure you feel comfortable with this process! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Sincerely,

Rachael
