I AM REMARKABLE - KEEP SAYING IT OUT LOUD, LADIES!

Have you ever been to a summit or conference where you felt like it was Home? Where you you felt the room was contagious with positive vibes of various women in various countries, background, experiences and skills energising you with so much that you feel that you need to go back to your community to give more ASAP?

So I write this - Whether you’re a CEO, Founder,  Co-founder,  engineer, scientist, educator or entrepreneur,  you have the power to support and create spaces for women within your circle and community.

That was how "Impact-driven" Google Women Tech Makers - International Women's Day 2019 was for all the tech women present in the summit. "I am Remarkable" because I empower women and underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond, thus breaking modesty norms and glass ceilings. Girls and women can improve their motivation and self-promotion skills by learning from role models in technical and non technical fields. .

Gone where the days when women will seat at the corner of the room waiting and praying desperately to get at least a quarter of identification or recognition based on their works or efforts.

What we celebrate today is as result of women like us who sacrificed their time,  talent, resources and even their own lives to make sure that you and I get a seat on the table and we influence social and economic rights for other women and girls whom are underrepresented. So we must not waste this precious effort instead we must strive to keep changing the narrative for the future of growing girls coming behind us. Once youve changed the status-quo, keep throwing your ladder down for other women to climb.

So Ladies please,  let's not waste our time on hate speeches,  jealousy,  rivalry,  competition and strife.  Instead make Collaboration your new competition. Let us work together to influence growth and stability for ourselves and families because they need us.

Lastly, remember that celebrating the International Women's day should not be all about our accomplishments ,successes or even celebration of us being remarkable alone but instead let it be a subconscious effort for us to start thinking deeply and implementing one million ways of protecting/preserving what We (Women) cherish the most and that is "Bringing A Seat To The Table"/Enabling That Our Voice Continue To Be Heard".
