LONELY NO MORE WITH CARING VIRUS

Indonesia, place that I was born is a country with cultural diversity and it makes me easy to adapt with difference. That is why I never give bad opinion of one thing before knowing it better. Culture is really unique in my country, for example is difficult for young women like me become board member on my organization named Aisyiyah, because most of the member is older than me. They believe that I have giant eagerness to change women condition, but age still become important consideration for them.

Becoming a part of World Pulse give me lot of information and input. The best part of World Pulse that I really like is World Pulse gives women a place to erase their “lonely” feeling. Beside that, I can take some instance that fit to be applying in my environment from discussion forum and sharing forum within the member.

World Pulse attaches me in many ways, so this is the time to me to give contribution for World Pulse. I only can help with my hands and my eyes. Hands will help me to transfer idea from brain and bring into article and eyes help me to understand women issue and problem.

I am sure that become an active World Pulse member will give lot contribution to my women organization. Even though, my organization is women Muslim organization but we move in many areas to improve women condition. Our work is such as education, where we have thousand kindergarten school and also nursing school. Then we work in health area, we manage children and maternity hospital also clinic that we now focus on preventing tuberculosis with health department. We also work on cooperation unit that focus on developing women entrepreneurship.

For four years I have been trying to develop women empowerment with my own way. Begin with joining Aisyiyah organization, held a workshop on community development program with IFRC, active on discussion with women organization in Yogyakarta, the town where I live and also make a research for my master degree about Javanese women especially women in Mataram Royal Palace. Beside that, I try to be an active writer in World Pulse and I also share my article on my Facebook account, so people will attacked by women empowerment virus and gender equality also.

There are many issue and problem of women in my country that not cover yet. I do not want watching the problem without doing anything. I also do not want the issue roll on become public discourses without solution. I want people care about it and stand together to fix it, because it is a simultaneous problem. At least, speak out will increase caring virus.

No doubt, become part of a movement or women organization makes me feel worthy for other. With participating World Pulse my dream about women change and development will come true, because World Pulse is a bridge for women in the whole world.

Lets we spread out caring virus in order that women feeling lonely no more, because together we can.
