When my feet touched Japan

The technology nor the advanced development got me impressed. I did not even get impressed by the beautiful roads and natural beauty of Japan. That is not very rare. Technological advancement can happen any where any time sooner or later. Nor did the fashion taste of young girls and boys took my attention that much. Yes, Tokyo is an expensive city. You would see people wearing branded shoes and clothes. Their make up taste “ O my gosh”. Might be the best place for finding hot and handsome guys . But, branded shoes can be found anywhere not just in Japan. Fashion taste and branded stuff are every one’s choice even though it can’t be afforded, but it is something available. Even though i saw a lot of hot and handsome guys after centuries that was not thrilling for me either, and that too could not grab my attention much. . However, everything was same yet everything was different. What made such a huge difference I thought to myself. I was greatly shaken by something really powerful. something that is in nowhere but only Japan only Japan and only Japan. “A feeling such that all human beings are equally respectful and that they matter equally”. A cultural standard of valuing human beings and being valued by human beings. THIS WAS VERY RARE!! This craved in my heart for the people of Japan a never ending respect. Fashions, branded stuff, advanced technology are mere illusions. They won’t matter as much as treating human beings as if they matter. This world is in badly need of cultural norms that Japanese carry because this is such a standard that is taught in the system. This standard of valuing and respecting each other runs in the veins of the system from there it has been transferred to each bits and corners of Japan I have seen so far.
