Introducing myself and my journal: Ray of hope

About Me:
This Shahzadi Tunio belongs to rural Sind (Paksitan), having Masters in Business Administration. Working in development sector since 1993 to date, at various rungs of career with national and international NGOs and funding institutions. Recently have established my own institution named Women Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development Organization. Our slogan is “ Trade is better then Aid”
We are 30 young and middle aged women group dedicated to work for the less privileged rural women artisans and boost up their entrepreneurship skills and introduce them with their rights to and access with the available resources. I am also the member of many other women development organizations working for women empowerment in Pakistan. We have established 20 small women organizations in rural areas of Sindh and trained 225 women artisans in contemporary products, innovation of indigenous crafts, marketing and Organizational Management.
For the sustainability we are trying to link these women with fair trade to introduce them at international level
