Introducing myself and my journal: Step Up to the Plate!

About Me:
I have a love for helping women find the power of their inner voice, their truth and their Power! I am a passion pathfinder. I do this through helping women claim the 4 powers of their inner strength, Passion, Knowing Self, Choices and Determination.
I am an author, international speaker and business consultant. I believe that women worldwide have the right to live a life of self-determination. Here they will experience their true happiness and success, they will find their leadership capabilities and become civic and business leaders in their communities and their nations.
I put on international leadership programs for emerging leaders. It is a 3 day program featuring processes from my recently released book, Step Up to the Plate - The Power of Passion and Determination. This book contains a 4 step process to finding self-determination and living the life you desire. At the conference, women experience their inner self, how they show up in the world and develop effective leadership skills.
My background is in Human Dynamics and my graduate work is in Organizational Development. I am adjunct faculty at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and a past consultant for the Attorney General's Office for the State of Texas where I set up mediation programs for government entities through the division of juvenile justice.

My Passions:
Helping others find and live the life and career they deserve, and helping women live a live of self-determination.

My Challenges:
Being able to reach enough women to help them their true power and be the authentic leader of their own lives. Finding corporate sponsors in other countries to help support this.

My Vision for the Future:
A world where women can reach their full potential and lead happy, healthy lives by finding freedom from the self-limiting social and cultural beliefs that currently constrain them.

My Areas of Expertise:
Leadership and personal development - I have also personally experienced breaking of those pre-disposed judgements that hindered my belief in myself and I am currently living the life of my dreams.
