With more than 10 years of experience in the world of local, national, and international non-profits, I am embarking on a new project to support and promote new feminist voices and services for women's communities. I am only in the early stages of this project, but would love to hear from the this community about the struggles you all have had with leadership, sustainability, and finding consensus in such a diverse, disparate arena.
