The violence in the Congo continues to beat records at all levels and in all areas. Maybe you ask how this is? I will explain.

For example, when you are looking for a promotion, if we have a woman in the running who has the skills to do the job she will not be promoted, they will find a man, I don’t know where he would come from, to do the job, even if he doesn’t know anything about the position, he will be offered it only because he is a man. There is another form of violence found in the area of service, you have seen the women who do these jobs cleaning the office. These women are used like prostitutes by their bosses. These mothers do not refuse because they need the work and, what’s more, they are not intimidated by their bosses now they are afraid of losing their jobs. Me, when I see all of this I ask myself a thousand and one questions.

This violence will continue until when?

Among these mothers are those who do not know their rights, and those who know but are afraid to be fired. Dear Mothers, that we live here is very deplorable. I am asking you, my dears, to help us to see how we can quit this situation. How can we help those mothers to know their rights and how to claim them? Thank you.

    Riziki,

Merci encore pour votre contribution. Sur votre questions. C'est difficile, mais je pense le reponse simple à un problème complexe est l'education (de droit, de bien-être sexuelle, etc. etc.). Si tel était disponible pour les femmes ce serait super, je pense.

    Meilleurs salutations,
