My spirit is excited by movement, breath, imagination, creativity that allows that unique light inside each of us to shine no matter who you are, what you do or what your circumstances. My spirit is excited when those deep connections are made between people and communities - the weaving of which creates the most remarkable tapestry and testament to life.
I do what I can to be in service to this through being myself and through my work as a drama & movement therapist.
My roots lie in the Greek Cypriot culture but I was born and raised in England and have always been a traveller and of the opinion that although we may come from a particular cultural heritage, we are all human beings with a heart that beats and a soul that feels.
