Rural Up liftment Program in India

I am involved in imparting training for self employment in most undeveloped rural areas of India, where still there is no reach of proper electricity, transportation and basic amenities available. It is a part of our University program. And Staff who were willingly interested to visit these areas are involved in the project. These villages are in Jungles of Madhya Pradesh in India. Amidst beautiful surroundings, covered with mountains and sketched with many rivers, Mother Nature is in its full bloom here. I have always lived in big cities and so I found lots of differences here. People are following truthful lives and are really innocent. These people possess full ignorance from the developed world but they are fully enlightened with the real qualities of self. They are dedicated, hard working, soft spoken and very intelligent to grasp and learn the new skills. My involvement in this project is to teach them sewing clothes, making soft toys, training in embroidery techniques etc. besides creating awareness about self employment and hygiene issues. I thoroughly enjoyed this work. And I believe if everyone follow principle of ' each one teach one', soon the world will be a balanced, developed, literate and full of awareness place to live in.
