Why i joined this group!

I am Solange ken from the Northwest region of Cameroon. I am a masters student in local governance Decentralisation and development. I am a free lance development assistant in my community. I have come to realize how involving women in all stages of developmental processes can boost the growth of the community. I joined world pulse about 3 years ago but did not really understand what it was all about not until when i found out how important it was for women to have a voice.i joined this group because i believe every woman is a leader and therefore i am a leader. if you dont lead anywhere you lead your home.

I am particularly interested in speaking out for women, joining every woman to speak out what is holding them back. why their voices cant be heard. And to further join every woman get involved.

I want to gain more leadership skills and if there is any input i can make i am ready at anytime i am ready. I
