Women Empowering Women

On Friday 10th August, Gurnoor K Bhel @GurnoorKBehl conducted a tweetchat on Women Empowering Women.

The chat began by asking the audience members what “Women Empowering Women” means to them and why it is important for women to be key players in empowering other women and girls. The discussion then went on to talk about the challenges that women face in their quest to empower other women and the role of boys/men in shaping a #WomenEmpoweringWomen mindset in a male-dominant society. Bringing the chat to an end, the audience was asked for suggestions and steps that can be taken for more women to empower women.
