Forgotten Victims: Vizconde Massacre and The Sex Videotaped Victims

On the same day, the court justices both have their decisions. One is from the Supreme Court where it has the final decision and the Pasig Regional Trial Court junks the case filed against Dr. Hayden Kho who is an allegedly who has sex video taped of women and now set free.

They are all free to be with the Philippine society. They are all rich and the law has been used in their favor. However, the victims are still searching for JUSTICE.

Do our judicial system have sufficient salaries especially that Christmas is coming on its way? Because they can be paid just like our Philippine National Police. So, what is new? From the time that I could understand things, corruption is part of the Republic of the Philippines. Besides, 333 years of Spanish regime is intact in the system of the Filipino people, corruption cannot changed in us. With combination with the times today that plenty are now poor, under employment and under paid or worst no jobs at all. We cannot blame them, they use the law in their advantage if you are rich and have lots of money. If you are poor, there is justice.

Who massacred the family of Lauro Vizconde? 15 years is enough resolution towards the case. There is a difference between massacre and murder? Massacre is a general slaughter of persons. While murder is the killing of another human being under conditions specifically covered by the law.

Who will protect to have their privacy against sex video taped addicts? The sex video taped was "pirated" that was spread all over the land from Cds to the Internet. The Anti-Violence Against Women and Children Act or Republic Act (RA) 9262 is just a statement, nothing more.

Because of insufficient evidences in both cases. Alot of crap!!! The Justice of the Philippines is still and always be CORRUPT. You have forgotten the victims here. You have forgotten the lives that were ruined here. They were massacred and sexually abused women by means of having such sex video tapes spread like wild fire.

Putting the lives of women and children into risk in our society, in our own homes. How can we be safe anymore? No one that we can run too. Who can we trust now? It is quite sad.
