Introducing myself and my journal: Fairer

About Me:
I am a young working lady...very energic, enthusiastic yet living in social bounderies. these boundaries are imposed as well as self created according to the surrondings and the type of people i deal with. Working ladies are facing alot of problem especially when male do not like them at a better position especially commanding. I have my high plans to lead my professional carrer towards a goal...where i can be satisfied that i did something for myself, the women and my family offcourse. I work in Governmnet organization.....yes i feel biasness of the people around me towards female staff. it will take time to change the menality of men which is not an easy job.
though the way i started my introduction it sems like i want to raise my voice only on job related issues....its not the case..i am well educated and deeply observe and analyse the issues around the world and would love to share my point of view and my ideas to cope with them. Warm Regards
