BAGARRE DES COMMUNAUTES CONGOLAISE


Le vendredi le 24 mai peu avant 12H la situation revient calme à NGUBA au quartier NYALUKEMBA, commune d’IBANDA à BUKAVU en REPUBLIQUE DEMOCRATIQUE DU CONGO prés l’incident qui a opposé des habitants de communauté BANYAMILENGE à leurs compatriotes congolais de la cellule de NGUBA au quartier nyalukemba.
A l’origine une bagarre dans un NGANDA (débile de boisson) le jeudi, à la suite des injures et insultes. Pendant l’alternation quelques étudiants banyamulenge ont pris à partie au niveau de la place feu vert, selon un notable, Enoch SEBINEZA.
Il ya en qutre blessés hospitalisés au centre hospitalier BIOSADEC ,le même jeudi.
Pour exprimer leur collere, certains étudiants, BANYAMULENGE ont barricadé la route au niveau du marché de NGUBA.
Ces étudiants et des jeunes gens ont commencé, à se jeter de pierres et la situation a dégénéré en échauffourées.
Plusieurs personnes ont été blessées de part et d’autres . une église a été saccagé, tous les biens importés et des chaises cassés par des manifestants sur l’avenue LUNDULA à MUHUMBA.
Le gouverneur de la province du sud-kivu Marcellin CHISHAMBO RUHOYA a été sur le terrain avec tout son staff pour rétablir l’ordre public.il a présidé un conseil de sécurité à l’issue duquel il a reçu les délégation des antagonistes. Le chef de l’exécutif provincial leur a prodigué des sages conseils .Il en a appelé au calme et demande à toute la population de son ressort de continuer à vivre dans l’harmonie et la coexistence pacifique comme par le passé.
Marcellin CHISHAMBO me en garde ses administrés contre toute altitude de nature à s’en prendre à leurs compatriotes, et il insiste sur la cohabitation de toutes les communautés congolaises vivant au sud-kivu.
Il a ordonne le déploiement des éléments de la police dans les avenues à problèmes pour la sécuriser les lieux et la situation est sous contrôle, le gouverneur de province Marcellin CHISHAMBO s’est ensuite rendu dans les hôpitaux de la ville ou sont internés les blessés, une trentaine au total. Cela en vue de se rendre compte de leur état et en vue d’une prise en charge éventuelle .

Fighting in Congolese Communities



Friday, May 24th a little before noon, the situation returned to calm in Nguba in the neighborhood of Nyalukemba, in the town of Ibanda in Bukavu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. This after an incident that pitted the people of Banyamilenge community against their Congolese compatriots in the Nguba cell of Nyalukemba neighborhood.



Nganda, a terrible drink, was the origin of the fight, which began on Thursday following many insults and slurs. During the altercation, some Banyamulenge students took part in the fighting from Greenlight square, according to the public figure Enoch Sebineza. There were four wounded who were hospitalized at BIOSADEC hospital that same Thursday.



To express their anger, some Banyamulenge students barricaded the road to Nguba market. These students and other young men started to throw stones and the situation degenerated into violent skirmishes. Many people were hurt. A church was vandalized, all goods taken and chairs broken by demonstrators on Lundula Muhumba avenue.



The governor of South Kivu province, Marcellin Chishambo Ruhoya, was on the ground with his entire staff trying to re-establish public order. He chaired a Security Council after which he received delegations from the opposition. The head of the Provincial Executive provided them wise counsel. He appealed for calm and asked everyone under his jurisdiction to continue to live in harmony and peaceful coexistence as in the past.



Marcellin Chishambo forbid his citizens to engage in any escalation against their countrymen, and he insisted upon the coexistence of all Congolese communities in South Kivu.



He ordered the deployment of police in the streets where problems existed to secure these areas and the situation is now under control. The Provincial Governor, Marcellin Chishambo, then went to the city’s hospitals where around 30 wounded were admitted. He did this in order to get up to speed on their condition and possible treatments.
