What kind of world we are living in?

We are living in a world, which mostly revolve around technology. We get up early in the morning and the first thing which most of us will prefer to do is check our phone. We will scroll down through different social media sites, like pictures of our friends, will give comments on few of them. Now, the point which I am trying to make is using social media is not bad but being obsessed with it, is something serious and we need to think about it. We spend most of our time chatting with friends, watching movies and sometimes we even don't realize that out there, there are people who need our attention, out time. Those people includes our parents, who need our time and our love. 

I guess it is a challenge for most of us that we are unable to divide our time properly. Now, through your comments please come up with some sort of solutions that will help to minimize the use of social media:)
