I am humbled and inspired by all of the module assignments posted thus far.

I want to thank all of the VOF candidates for their courage, very hard work, and sharing a taste of their world with the rest of us.

Here in the USA, I feel sometimes it is difficult to get a taste of challenges for women in other countries. Reading your posts made me want to learn more, get involved and take a stand to support your amazing voices.

Keep up this meaningful and groundbreaking work. It is making a big difference. sure to take good care of yourself on this journey.

What do you do to relax in times of stress? What brings you back to "center?" Music? Beauty? Meditation? Nature?

Talk the time to slow down and simply breath deep, see the beauty around you...and just notice what you notice.

One of my favorite quotes is by Oliver Wendell Holmes and is painted into my living room:

"Time you enjoyed wasting at the beach, is not time wasted."

Hi Sarah, Thank you for your encouraging words. I love the bit of giving ourselves some break from the tireless work we do to relax, have pleasure, reflect, meditate and just enjoy what we like to do.

Thank you, Sarah for sharing these encouraging words. They hold truth, and I hope others will follow this advice. I know from personal experience, it does de-clutter the mind, allowing peace and calm to flow in.

What a great post and a simple reminder to "notice what we notice."
