About Me:
Olukemi is a British Council Global Change-maker, an Active Citizen Fellow and the South-West representative on the Board of Directors of White Ribbon Alliance for Safe Motherhood in Nigeria (WRAN). Olukemi is a Nigerian Yoruba native speaker from Ondo State holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Post Graduate degree in Community Development, and Master degree in Development Studies.



She has attended numerous training courses in Strategic Communication for social sector. I have been committed to promoting and implementing socioeconomic development services in partnership with other local, national, and international organizations/agencies in Nigeria and abroad in designing and implementing Behavior Change Communication programmes and activities, with a particular focus on hard to reach social groups, including the Muslim and Christian communities in Northern Nigeria.



With my background experiences in Behavior Change Communication (BCC), Community Mobilization & Participation, Policy Advocacy, and Research & documentation, I had coordinated the implementation of DFID, EU and USAID funded programmes in the areas of Adolescent Reproductive Health (ARH), Family Planning, Safe Motherhood, HIV/AIDS/STIs, Child Survival (Polio Eradication and Routine Immunization), Democracy and Good Governance, Girl-Child Empowerment, and Youth Leadership Development which has enabled me to provide administrative and technical support to organizations seeking advances in the provision of development incentives.



She develop programmes to ensure participatory reform in the delivery and management of women, youth and children empowerment programmes to improve its effectiveness; develop strategies to ensure government meet her obligations to provide basic rights to her citizens by responding to challenges faced by these groups.
