old lady in a shrine

Aging is a time of multiple illnesses and general disability. Besides an increased level of illness, the aging process itself leads to certain disabilities such as low vision and blindness resulting from cataracts, deafness resulting from nerve impairment, loss of mobility from arthritis and a general inability to care for oneself.
Furthermore, aging is inevitable and thus of concern to each of us. We present here the beginnings of an ever-growing database of information that would be of use to our elder citizens and also for the persons who care for them.

this old lady sits at a shrine in hyderabad in the southern state of andhra pradesh in india. the shrine is situated atop a ancient molten lava mountain. locals regard this shrine for many reasons and one of them is that the mountain is made of a single rock. the shrine is located just at the centre of the crater.
one needs to climb around 400 stairs, wide and high, short and slim, to reach to the top of it. and this old woman, once she is up there , she is there for a good month or two because she may not have the energy to climb it very often and the best alms come there where people are pleased by the fact that they made it.
lately its ecome a tourist destination.
i tried making a motivational card using the photo of this old woman.
