JUST FINE

“Just fine”

So we knew each other, we knew each other
So we had it all figured out
So they told us to take our time
Cause they all had their doubts
Now I’m taking that time, waiting a sign
Now they tell me what life’s about!
So we knew each other, we knew each other
So each day we lived was gold
So every word they said was wrong
Now they say I’m growing old

Well, the clock is still ticking
and we’ll still fall short on time
no matter what I do today
I’ll still not see that sign
So I’ll just sit here
Swallow my fears and
It’ll all still be just fine.
