Unleash your voice

When my mother first set me on the path to producing her'stories about the network of women leaders she was coordinating back in 1986, I had no idea how that first story of a village woman leader would set me on a course of not just storytelling or producing media also learning and advocating, innovating and uplifting the impact of feminist practice through these stories.

Women's definitions of Peace and Security, rural women's leadership as first responders - shifting the power and challenging the status quo is what my stories are often about.

Sometimes they are just a reflection like this.

The World Pulse platform is providing a writing space for women of all our diversities and I hope that more women will come to this space to share their ideas and voice !
