I am economically impacting and empowering women in village councils of Pune district by building their leadership skills. I am impacting women and girls by engaging them in advocacy project planning, strengthening leadership skills in women for accessing budgets, resources and schemes of girls and women in accordance with the fourteenth Finance Commission and 73 rd Amendment of Panchyat Raj System of Local Self Governance.
