About Me: I have just celebrated my 54th birthday and my first one in my new country of (temporary) residence, Ethiopia. I am the mother of adult children and grandmother of three, finally living my dream, though missing sunny Anguilla and its incredibly beautiful beaches.

In Ethiopia, I am establishing the Athlyi Rogers Diaspora Center and conducting feasibility studies for an independent sustainable development consultancy, Regency Consulting Services (Communicating Sustainable Development). I am actively searching for opportunities to gain working experience throughout the African continent.

My Passions: Writing

My Challenges: I speak/write/read only English

My Vision for the Future: Having a working knowledge of at least one African language

My Areas of Expertise: Communicating and Facilitating Social Development, Organisational Leadership and Environmental Management

Right now I am preparing a paper for the XIII General Assembly of the CODESRIA in Morocco.

I have just returned from the Caribbean doing a lecture and power point presentation on Raising Pan-African Consciousness as a mini-fundraiser for a rapid participatory assessment in a town called Ejersa Goro in Ethiopia.

How do I go about adding my details to your public speaking rostrums?
