Youths in St. Kitts

Youths need a voice as well as they need encouragement and support. In February of 2009, I chose to adopt a gang in my community and I have been working with different organisations to continue to positively motivate these young adults. My greatest challenge though, is lack of support from persons in the community as they often look at the negative sides of these young men instead of realizing their true potential and capitalizing on such positives. Also, less fortunate children and children who live in broken homes are also my interest as I was brought up in a single parent family and I am aware of the many struggles a single parent goes through to properly educate and motivate a childe
