STAND UP AGAINST POVERTY



SKILDEV PRACTICAL WAYS OF ALLEVIATING POVERTY
Do you know that poverty and illiteracy among women is the root curses of other millennium development goals? If you agreed with me that women are the mother earth designed by God. You should also agree with me that she need special skills and resources to carry out this God ordained function effectively. These skills and resources will enable her to teach, guide and direct her offspring in the right direction to be literate and explorer of the environment technologically and otherwise and if the environment is exploited , her health and the health of children will be taken care off. Therefore women must first be liberated from the grip of poverty/illiteracy. In retrospect other millennium development goals will automatically be resolved through empowering of women.
Secondly, we must help ourselves out from poverty before assisting others. We can be gainfully be employed or become self reliance and create wealth in our communities
Tips for employees; serve your employer with maximum effort for efficient output because tomorrow you might be an employer too, both employee and employer will be happy on the outcome of dedication to duty.
Your presence in that company should make a different; you should set a record difficult to match even when you quite or retired. That makes you outstanding. Employers appreciate your workers, it pays.
For self employed; make sure it is a passion driven venture. Most times self employed people takes for granted the natty gritty of the day to day management of their business to the hands of supervisor/managers or sales persons which result to failure. The failure of businesses are sometimes attribute to witchcraft .Wake up perhaps, that little business of yours might grow and give employment to multitude tomorrow, all it needs is full attention from you. By so doing, you have stand up against poverty.
Stand up against poverty for the community by doing the following.
Stop giving professional baggers money, it encourages perpetual poverty but give them skills
Cloth and feed them today, but give them skill for tomorrows’ sustenance
Encourage and Sponsor house wives to learn a skill which they are passionately about to unlock their potentials for Africa and Global development.
Counseled, direct and sponsor a woman/youth with micro credit to start up business for self reliance and wealth creation. In addition assist in monitoring the business for proper take -off.
Provide micro credit for women in your community to improve on the existing business.
