Introducing myself and my journal: SNP International

About Me:
I'm a lawyer with 15 years of professional experience working with NGOs, corporate law firms, governments and individuals to identify what motivates the behaviors of stakeholders and how those behaviors can be changed and influenced to acheive common objectives. I've trained parliamentarians and policy makers, I've led client teams, and I've designed educational and informational conferences for international audiences around the world. Through it all I'm always inspired by my grandparents and parents. The women in my family are dynamic, diverse, confident and committed. We are led by the memory of my grandmother who made numerous personal sacrifices to join in the movement for India's freedom 60 years ago. And I gain the strength to try and live up to such standards through the lessons of my mother, who as a young woman was one of the first women to obtain a mechanical engineering degree in India, and as the head of our family has always set her examples through the way she lives each and every day.

It's my hope that with such inspriation guiding me, and through the community here and around me, I can be a small part of this great effort to make our world a better place by enhancing the voice of women everywhere.

My Areas of Expertise:
Problem Solving, Team Building, Legislative Strengthening, Mentoring, Non-Profit Management, Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Strategic Planning
