Hi Sarvina,

Yes, I am also very happy and excited to see you here in the community! especially know that you are also Cambodian. I find this community very useful and important, particularly for Cambodians. I wish Cambodians were accessible to the community.

As I am new to the community, I think I need to spend sometime to learn from you and other members.

Though Cambodia is on the right track to ICT, I think not much progress has been made and many people are not accessible to internet and furthermore, they don't even know how to use computer. I mean most people in provinces in remote areas.

However, I hope Cambodia will make progress on ICT soon.

Best wishes, Sokha,

Hi Sokha,

Thank you so much for your response! Yeh, I have joined PulseWire 2 months only and i feel that this site is useful for me to learn from the talented people worldwide so i can improve myself also. Anyways, as you said Cambodia is still not accessible to internet so it's the problem that we Cambodian are still poor in using internet.

Since I become part of Pulse Wire Volunteer Team, i rarely see Cambodian people come to join in this community and you are a second person from our Cambodia. I'm so happy & excited to see you in here and i hope that i can learn from much. Yeah if talk about PulseWire, mean i have more experience than you. Thus, i'm sure that you are a right person from our region whom i should learn & get experience from.

Thanks & Regards, Sarvina
