Now being shred into millions of pieces,

blown in air of nations,

where intolerance has been the jewel.

Life –the most precious gift …

is tainted with grey shades of fanaticism.

The rigid thoughts of the self-proclaimed leaders of different religions further divide the gap and make a permanent fissure in the gravels of humanity.

While we somehow try to respire and live in the suffocated atmosphere of gruesome killings and warfare, the need to send across a word of peace around the world is most essential and need of the hour.

Intolerance has driven the minds of masses in a direction which remains irrational and unacceptable, more because it is dangerous for the mankind and to all nations around the globe.

Religion, since times immemorial has been the way of living and never an endorsement of seeking Divine. Every sect, class, group, inhabitants followed one common path which lead them to the principles of following an ideal life perfect for a human being. This path for nevertheless meant to maintain peace and harmony amongst the people and allowing them to get evolved and grow. Gradually these paths which eventually led to the same Divine got more and more bifurcated and away from each other. The motive of harmony also got dissipated and a seed of doubt and hatred started spreading its branches within the hearts of mankind.

For the selfish motives of the rulers and politicians, the sensitive and sacred word of religion got more exploited. To meet their self-centered ends, thoughts and emotions were being played with, instigating the wrong thought to be surfaced. The extent to which the religion has intruded in the role of world is surprising.

This intrusion is causing more trouble as the prevalent system which explains the facts of any religion only leads down points which have been deformed.

The basic motto of every religion existing on earth has always been to live in peace and respect other humans. To reach God or experience the divine bliss, never can hatred be the path.

I would not like to preach about any single religion, instead ask each one of you to think for a while, do religions really teach us to hate and kill! The creator of this universe, by whatever name we call him, is a source of energy, positive and illuminating, it can never guide or push us into the dark abyss of downfall and destruction. The fast pace of the digital world has taken a toll on human minds and although the tools are of greater help in the advancement of science and progress of nations, we cannot erase the fact that this technology also creates a different and false hype of many issues and situations which are or weren’t that serious or deliberate. The access to such kind of media leads to instigating or fuelling minds with wrong intentions and foul mottos. Never the less the fastest system of sharing many a time or usually creates a rumor or wrong news thereby leading to many conflicts/outrages and religious intolerances. These altogether take a big form and result in more hatred.

The power which we possess in a click gets misused every time wrong information is shared and it increases the chances of bringing out an uprising or revolt anywhere and everywhere on earth.

Interfaith dialogue is a medium through which we can bridge the gap between different nations/religions / and faiths to peacefully create a world in harmony. On earth, the circumstances of wars and battles prevail everywhere; the next generation needs a place which resonate peace and calmness. Amidst the black fumes and toxic wastes of pollution, the dangerous killing smokes of the continuous wars have snatched the childhood of every child.

A child grows in this age with a tag that states his identity of religion, rather than as a human being. This demarcation is getting more and more severe thereby creating a rift between people and instilling in their minds, we are different than other. Whereas the fact remains, every human is a creation of the same God and merely following a particular path doesn’t make him dissimilar. When everyone starts believing in the truth of life and the Divine as one, the twig of peace shall be flown over by the peaceful dove everywhere in this world.
