POWERFUL VOICES - "I am a Leader"

Every week we are trying to highlight women leaders whose ideologies and experiences can reach millions of other women across the world on our social sites.

The ongoing campaign “ IAM A LEADER” is bringing out the best of every leader and helping innumerable women to get motivated and inspired by the powerful and intelligent words. Sharing experiences,thoughts and working together as a global community, we women can do wonders and bring a definite change in the world with our efforts.

Leaders create more leaders and so the chain continues. When strong assertive voice of certain leaders , reach every corner of the world, it encourages every individual. The real story of experiences and struggles, the pride of achievements and the humility of staying connected with people around to strive and bring a change in one ‘s own society is a chronicle of leadership , which every woman should read to get motivated.

Women from different levels,fields,nations,culture unite on one platform to speak about leadership. The outcome is invaluable.

I am the Chairwoman of WIE (women in engineering) branch at the University of Jordan ,I've been working on inspiring girls in STEM fields to follow their dreams ,providing lectures ,workshops and talks to keep them motivated . attending and participating in all available conferences and session discussing women issues .—Haneen Salameh

How can one succeed as a leader and create more leaders?

Sister Zeph of Pakistan says, "I know how to find out and polish more leaders in my surrounding through my leadership because I believe that more leaders means more force for progress, prosperity and equality in the society “.

I am a leader because I am constantly inspired to create platforms where girls' and women's voices can thrive so that they are empowered to make their voices count in society. I lead when I use digital media and other creative solutions to address social issues in my community.—Carolyn Seaman

When the world is going through a chaos and discrimination still prevails in many parts of the globe, these leaders help and facilitate young women to discover their way and purpose. Education is important and equally important to one and all irrespective of gender. Through learning processes, motivation and other techniques, these leaders create more leaders.

Padmaja Iyengar a fighter of life says, " I sense, I feel, I empathize and I act! I also can say "NO!" when needed!

When Leaders work on grassroots level with an urge to bring a change with continuous efforts we discover “CHUNRI CHOUPAL” , whose founder Iffat Gill says, “ I teach others how to lead and raise their voice for equal rights for women and inclusion in the workforce & digital economy”.

The effective coordination and a will to walk together brings out the best of leadership qualities. When Susan Uko speaks, ‘ I refuse to blame others for my circumstances and take responsibility for finding solutions.”
