Money, Money, Money - Part III - An Attitude of Gratitude

One of the most important tools in manifesting money is to keep an attitude of gratitude. Be thankful for every cent you have and every cent you want to have and every cent you KNOW is on its way to you now.Someone once told me, "The most important prayer you can ever say is Thank You."

Before I knew about the Law of Attraction I used to look in my wallet and say things like, "I ONLY have..." "I NEVER have enough..." and "How come I don't ever have enough..." on and on ad nausea. I would count my money over and over complaining that it was not enough. So for years I had too much month left at the end of the money.

Now each and every day, several times throughout the day, I look in my wallet and give heartfelt thanks for the money that is in there without counting it. I KNOW that I always have enough and my needs are always met. When I do count how much is in my wallet, I am happily surprised that there is plenty. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

When you feel grateful, you, by the Law of Attraction, attract more to you to be grateful for.

  1. A good way to start is this: each morning write down everything you are grateful for. I have what I call a "Gratitude Journal." My list of things I am grateful for keeps growing as I continue to be grateful.

  2. I keep a small stone in my pocket. Whenever I touch the stone, I stop and say one thing I am grateful for. It is a good reminder throughout the day. I call it my Gratitude Stone.

  3. Here is a tip from the creator of the DVD "The Secret," Ms. Ronda Byrne. "Every night before you fall asleep, replay in your mind the good moments of the day, and give heartfelt thanks for each one of them. Think about the next day also, and intend that it is going to be amazing, that it is going to be filled with love and joy, and that all good is coming to you. Intend that it is going to be the best day of your life. Then when you wake in the morning, BEFORE you get out of bed, declare your intentions again for the day and give deep thanks as though you have received them all."

An Attitude of Gratitude works in every area of your life. For example, there is a man I work with on a committee each week that had a very big "investment in being right." He loved to be right about everything. He made it hard for anyone else to have any input. So, I got out my Gratitude Journal and each night for a month I wrote down everything I appreciated about him. At first the list was very, very short but as I kept appreciating him and giving thanks for him my list became longer and longer. I also started thanking him for small things and telling him I appreciated his contribution. Before the month was over, he became a "part of the team" so to speak and now no one complains about him anymore.

Exercise: This week practice gratitude in every aspect of your day. Be grateful for every person and every thing. Notice the beauty around you and be grateful for that, too. And feel good. Smile.

I am most grateful for YOU. Let me know how it goes.
