Introducing myself and my journal: Girls cry out

About Me:
My name is Stella DAMASUS, a seriously misunderstood, non conforming actress, singer, teacher and host born in Nigeria but is now in Newyork. I am the founder of Stella DAMASUS arts foundation(sdaf) and Adiva international communications. I set up these to organizations to help young people who are talented but don't know where to channel their time and skills to. The foundation trains underprivileged youths for three months in the areas of filmmaking and music, FREE of all charges. Adiva was set up to train, mentor, nurture, empower and give a voice to young girls all over the world especially in the areas of girl child education, underage marriage and domestic violence.
I have some videos up on YouTube to further enlighten you about some the work I do.
Right now in my country Nigeria, a senator has encouraged others to stop the deletion of a section of our constitution which will remove the protection of our little daughters from the hands of old men who want to marry them off. Nigeria signed the child rights act but some of the states are trying to use religiong to destroy the lives of the little girls who are Ceylon out and are dying by the number. I need world pulse to please help me shed more light on this. I will keep fighting.
