VOF Week 2: (World Pulse a Great Change in my Life)

World Pulse gives me a new life. My new life gives me how to swim in the ocean of thinking. For an instance, when I was young, I was very curious to know what was going in my village. I wanted to know why only some people gathered and talked each other, what were they doing and why they had to do. Why only men not Women? I made my father irate by asking sets of questions. When I asked to my neighbors they ignored my questions and said that being a girl it is not good for me to be curious about everything.

My family and relatives created a virtual picture. I was told that I cannot go outside without the permission of my husband in the future and should not have male friends. I was thinking why the same mother children have to live differently? Why these superstitions are only to daughter? How daughters can be unity to remove these superstitions and bring equalities in our society? Alike, I saw women as victims of cross fire in the war while Maoist was in the jungle. Women were raped and killed by army and Maoist. I was against these violation and thought words are powerful. I decided to raise my voice but didn’t get place to share with other. Honestly, I was little scared too.

One day I found a turning point of my life when I heard about World pulse from my teacher in the assembly. I was so excited. Then I immediately joined the group and started to share my stories. Yesterday my neighbors didn’t want to hear anything from me but today the world is waiting for my voice because of World Pulse. It provides me the place and courage to raise me and my community’s women’s voice which also helped to find solutions. My dreams have come true with the help of world pulse. It is not just a dream, but it is also a power of revolution for me. I am very inspired from world pulse because it is leads by women with the support of male.

World pulse is helping me to relay my unheard story and voice. The way world pulse shakes the earth through its magazines and websites inspire me because it is grabbing the attention of powerful people. Equally, this journey also led to exchange culture through the global communities. It helps me to connect the global communities by supporting each other dreams, commenting and caring our future generation. World pulse has given me golden chance to raise my voices.

Thus, Life is challenging. We have to fight to get a single thing but if we try confidently we can get all in the world. Everything is possible; I learnt it from world pulse. I have no fear to see a dream of a better future and to express my opinions and thoughts. Now I can freely raise my voice. Isn’t it a great change of my life?
