This is my day-to-day post. I am serving as an Americorps VISTA, a government-run program we have here in the United States, and part of my service is teaching people how to grow food and plants. At the farmers' market this past Saturday, we played with kids and transformed the cement pots at the town park, where cigarette butts are usually flicked, and tilled the soil and planted flowers. I thought this picture displayed the teamwork involved in altering small spaces into opportunities of growth. Enjoy!
