Getting to know you

Good Afternoon!

I wanted to properly introduce myself. I am Tina Johnson and I got here by way of a dream friend of mine. It is a long story, but know that what matters is I found this forum.

I am happy to be here. I work as a Community Relations Manager in a global company. I reach out to women and men daily and together we help children in need, sometimes that means helping families eat, have a safe place to sleep and gain jobs and education. All of that happens across the globle. I live and work in Champaign, IL and we have proverty and joblessness all around our community of 140,000 people. Amazing to me really.

Today I formed a partnership with Feed The Children, Sprint and the organization in which I work! WOW-amazing really and I pinch myself almost daily to see where my life it taking me right now!

Last week was a trying one for me and I didn't get time to connect with the people in this group. I am hoping that this week is different, so today I decided to write something and reach out to the other people who are experiencing this great opportunity.
