Introducing myself and my journal: sports and social development

About Me:
i am a trained professional football coach with Victoria sports association.i have worked in the non profit sector for over 3 years and i have mostly found out that most programs have the tag WOMEN EMPOWERMENT yet no impact is created to help them.although i am a man , i want to set a good example to the current and futre generation that women do not have to be given opportunities on a silver platter but they should be given an opportunity to create opportunities for others on a silver platter.we have a girls football team called Victoria queens fc and i see they have talent the same as boys.this means that there is a need for equal opportunities for all.in the 2013 golobal peace games for children and youth , under the approval of Play soccer non profit organization , we had a component of gender equality where ithrough a football drill , we demonstrated that men and women should work together for the betterment of the community
