Importance of Making impactful connections

I consider that grassroots movement building is bringing the social awareness to create positive changes in the respective communties.The importance of Grassroot movemenet buliding is it enhances the chances of women participation in diverse sectors such as health, education,community building etc. As i support empowerment of Indigenous communtiies in the education and health sectors , I have been involved with education awareness and adolesecnet health movement building among underprivliged inidgenous groups. I have developed certain projects for educating students, community people .I have lessont that taking small initiaves can bring certain changes in peoples lives.But i have been facing certain difficulties to turn those grassroot movements to a bigger aspect. As I am still a student i consider i have many things to learn regarding making a bigger impactful projects to being larger impact on the lives of people. I am grateful to World Pulse that it has made to make many transformative connections because i have learnt how to make cloth pads to provide to the adoloscent girls for better menstruation care, i have learnt to raise awareness on Mentruation Hygiene in the some remote places of Bangladesh.Women are the ultimate powers in this society and we knowthat World Pulse is the largest online community of the women leaders across the worls and here we find our voices and we have started to exert influence over the things that we care about.The network of communication can be established and we can enhance capability of taking on future challenges that we care about.
