Introducing myself and my journal: DIGITAL WORLD OF WOMEN

About Me:
My name is Upendo Mbogela From Tanzania,In Iringa region Studied A Bachelor in Business Administration aged 26 at the University of Dodoma currently working as a teacher at The Highlands Sec School,Iringa and managing director of EFO (ELENA FOUNDATION) ,i am very exhausted with this digital world .This digital world makes me feel and happy ,gave me employment ,a lot of friends and a lot of opportunities to work out.A long time ago i was dreaming about having my NGO for helping women and youth.

Through using digital equipments i.e internet i have been able to establish my own Foundation for promoting young girls who had become mothers early and widows by giving them small loans as credits and they return each week with 13% for almost three up to five months at which the small returns we get can be used to pay as allowance for staffs of the Foundation and covering the Foundation Expenses like stationery,Transport e.t.c

Internet helped me to connect with different people and get inspired like The one called Lara of Premise Co. Ltd fro Alaska Canada,gave me a marketing job for her products about telecommunication companies like Vodacom.Tigo and Airtel.

The digital items like my Iphone 4s make me being updated with the world social,political,economic ans social environment.There is a wider empowerment for women in using digital products.Simplifies my office work,assignments at school,home activities like having remainders.

Internet access made me aware about different world products,businesses ,organizations in terms of culture,social and political.
Digital equipment helped women in Iringa region to practice SHARE PROGRAM IN TANZANIA by forming group of even number like 20,30,or 50 and start buying each week then loan them,generate profit and that profit being distributed to members as per share capital contribution,they use to save and do maths using laptops/computers and access information on how other women on other countries they are doing.
I am very proud of being a woman.I am encouraging other women to be more digital.

My Passions:
One of my greatest passions is helping others. When I was younger, I've enjoyed helping mom with household repairs. As I grew older, that habit grew and I desired to help others as well. I like helping people find solutions that meet their specific needs.
