THE CURSE OF EVE

THE CURSE OF EVE

They called her cursed

They called her less

They called her Chavah

Who fell from grace.

Her name means to give life.

She walked in the garden of Eden,

she walked as a helper.

She was created as a companion,

From his rib she came,

From within him she was created.

Beautiful and perfect was she

And in love with her was he.

She was created not less but a counterpart,

his compliment and ohhhh he did love her so.

He named her\" woman\" because out of his flesh and out of his bones

she came to be.

Time passed and the serpent came, how much time we do not know,

but the serpent did deceive and caused the fall of Eve.

They called her cursed, they called her less

they called her Chavah who fell from grace.

The Lord did say to her \" I will make your pains in childbearing  severe...

painful labour you will persevere.

Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you.\"

Oh what a curse it truly was , for Chavah had now become less

for Chavah had fallen from grace.

Time did passed and Christ did come, how much time some do know

that the Christ did come and He gave  Chavah a new name!

He called her beloved, He called her son, He called her blameless

He made her one, whole and complete!

He restored her back through grace,He positioned her in grace.

He called her beloved He called Her son, He called her blameless,

He made her one;whole and complete in Him.

No condemnation

Before Him They Threw her with the intention to Kill her.

They threw her to accuse her. At His feet was Chavah once again,

accused of adultery and condemned by man.

Jesus said to man, \" let he who is without sin be the first to cast a stone...\"

Soon the crowd dispersed and Chavah was alone.

In her Master's eyes she did look and grace she did find.

The Lord said \" Neither do I condemn you.

Go and sin no more.\"

As she looked up,her accusers where no more and none could condemn Chavah for she had found grace.

Restoration

On a Sabbath while the Lord did teach , there was Chavah before Him without speech.

She had been bent over for 18 year's unable to stand for her back was bent.

Mercy saw Chavah and set her free!   \" WOMAN THOU ART LOOSED!\"

With a command from the Lords mouth , Chavah could stand again, through grace and in grace Chavah stands again. Ohh how Chavah praised God with her back no longer bent... Chavah praised God for mercy that was sent. To this day Chavah's back is no longer bent.

Redemption

It was the sixth hour on the sixth day that Jesus was nailed on the cross

for our sins that he may pay. Not just for one , but for all He came to defeat sin and death  once and for all.

Chavah again stood at the cross , with a broken heart she did wail as she watched her Lord who was nailed.

Sadness and fear overtook her as she watched him get frail.

She watched her Lord cry out to The Father in heaven\" my God, why have you forsaken me!\"

Fear overtook Chavah for her Lord was frail.

But at the cross her Lord did prevail.

With His last breath he Said \" IT IS FINISHED!\" as he bled then he was dead.

In Him he took all of Chavah's shame, all her pain, all her curses , all her blame,

setting her free from all shame.

By dying He gave Chavah a new name!!!

He called her beloved , He called her son, He called her blameless,

He made her One; whole and complete.

Today they ask Chavah \" why don't you walk in shame? Why can't a man bind you to pain and blame.

Tell them I am no longer Chavah for I have a new name !

The curse was broken and I have no more shame!

I am beloved , I am a son, I am blameless , I am one ; whole and complete!

At the cross Christ did break the curse of Eve ,

And I myself and I did receive!
