Introducing myself and my journal

I started as a Peer Educator on HIV/AIDS & Reproductive/Sexual Health Education including Life Building Skills for Young people with a special focus on girls. Most of my programs has been in schools and religious groups. I intend to extend my program for girls within my new community in a rural part of Lagos State, Ketu, Ijanikin where I live now. My little discovery within this community is the high level of girls drop out of school due to teenage pregnancy. Also,I have discovered a high level of child abuse, children are used as cheap labour and they also serve as apprentice instead of being in school. I desire to take education to their drop post and bring hope to women within this community where majority of them are petty traders with low or no at all education through adult education class.
